The owner clearly understands dog behaviour. This is the only place that I have taken my dogs in North Vancouver that don't get anxious and shake while getting their nails cut. Her energy with animals is great and exactly what a nervous dog needs when feeling anxious/vulnerable. Highly recommend.
I've been taking my mini schnauzer here since he was a puppy. He is always happy to go in and comes out looking fantastic.
Our little dog Frodo always gets a great cut. Love the Staff and Liz is always so nice to all the dogs
