Below average Subway. But getting better. Still would go there. Hard to mess up a sub when your standing right there.

The people working there dont know what they're doing. Im stuck going there since i live in watertown but id never reccomemd it. I often drive out to delano or boni for subway just so i dont have to deal with them. They never smile, never talk to you unless absolutely nessicary and wear a constant expression of discomfort. If you ask for too many veggies they threaten to charge you extra, claiming its because of the health heart assosiation which isnt true and is against company policy. Theyre cheap, dont care about customers, and seem like they hate their jobs. I feel bad for anyone who works there.

This is the best subway!! Today I had a flat tire and I ended up in their parking lot. So of course while I waited for the tow truck I ordered some food! Excellent service and the food was super delicious! On top of that my phone died and the very kind employee let me call AAA and my husband from hers. They made sure I was very comfortable the 2+ hrs I waited for my car to be repaired. +A service!!!!!

You get what you pay for, just not that great. Go to Jimmy John's instead in Waconia.

So I went through Watertown's Subway drive through this evening. I ordered 1 steak and cheese melt sub and 1 subway melt sub. I also ordered 2 cookies. It told me the total was $12.12. I come up to the window and the lady tells me it's $14, I was bit confused by that. But I just forgot about it. When I got my bag of food back, I got a salad, the steak and cheese melt sub and no cookies. I then went back inside to say I ordered a subway melt sub, not a salad and that I didn't get the cookies I ordered. They gave me my cookies, and refused to make me the sub. I swear over my life I asked, in the drive through for a subway melt sub not a salad. Storming out of the store, I drove home. I had an adult call subway and yell at them because that's absolutely ridiculous. After a few minutes of yelling at them on the phone, they finally said they would make me the correct sub. I go back into subway to get my correct sub, and they still would not give me my sub. They didn't even give me a receipt when I first ordered my food in the drive through. Shouldn't customer service be the number one thing, employees and managers should be working for!? I'm so furious about this and the subway in Watertown will never be receiving my service again!!! I paid with my hard earned money for something I did not ask for. I should at least get my money back!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
