SUBWAY®Restaurants

Great Subway. The employee's here are friendly and they make very neat sandwiches. We always have a good experience here.

Fergus Falls is my home town and I was visiting from Fargo a few days ago. This Subway wasn't here when I moved from Fergus and I was excited to see that it was by the trailer court we used to run. Had a time limit so I was thrilled to find out it had a drive thru. Was very disappointed. The actual wait time before I got to order was around 3 minutes. I work in fast food and I know that some drive thrus strive to get the entire meal out in that time. Wasn't as mad yet, like I said I work fast food and I know things happen. Sometimes it isnt the restaurants fault. Okay, it happens. The drive thru operator was very slow and there was long pauses between every new detail we gave her, to the point where we said THREE TIMES, "Hello? Ma'am? Are you there?" We ended up waiting for 6 to 7 minutes during the entire time for her to figure out what we had wanted. We only got 3 sandwiches. The wait for our sandwiches was long, too. And my steak and cheese was cold when I got it. I wasn't happy at. I appreciate subway and I understand stuff happens, though I will be back if I come in the neighborhood again but I hope it will be faster and more efficient.

The place totally sucks. They never have any bread!!! The only thing that gets baked there is the staff!!!!

Good was good but lady at the register was rude. When asked a question she rolled her eyes...
