Otter Tail County Department of Human Services

My experience with the employees there is not good! They are mentally challenged, they're only there for their paycheck and I know for a fact that they are the problem! I know my facts because them people have been forcing themselves into a job that needs to be eliminated from them! I have "tons" of proof to support my facts! Documentations and Voicemails galore! I'm more serious than a heart attack that people are only giving to them self!

These people are a total waste of time. Without any knowledge about me other than what they were told by the police department they tried to Baker act to me and take away my and lock me in a mental institution against my will. Well the case was dismissed and it was a big waste of resources on their part just showing how stupid they really are.

If I could get this office to work WITH mental disabilities that would be great! This office only wants to strip people of their rights and their kids. They claim to have assistance available but provide no assistance. They state you refuse to use assistance you do not qualify for in court to try to make You look bad. They are rude and interrupt you and when you interrupt them they tell you how that’s inappropriate. If I could honestly have help reporting them to the state I would appreciate that.

I called several times and left messages without a return phone call. I was denied speaking with the case worker when I presented to the office.

They get the job done and have been very helpful not to mention everyone has been very kind and friendly.
