SUBWAY®Restaurants

I have been in at least four times in the last month and the only kind of wrap I am able to eat is always “out.” There have been two staff who go and thaw it quickly. All others say they can’t do that because it takes an hour to thaw one wrap. I have strict diet conditions and this is one of the few things I can eat. I’m so sick of staff that doesn’t have a clue what they are doing all on the same shift. They also stiff you on the meat for wraps. I’ve been to theee other subways who say wraps are supposed to have footlong meat. This one only gives you six inch. I’m not normally so verbal, but this place is so poorly run, you’d be better off eating somewhere else. I know I am going to from now on. Shame. I’d rather drive a half hour to Manchester for subway than to support my town’s business.

Only good when the day crew or people who work before 8pm. Anytime after that the crew is terrible, the subs a terrible, always running out of products, always complaning about how low staffed they are and the after 8pm employees look and act like they are stoned. So tired of the terrible service.
