Fuji Hibachi, Sushi and Asian Bistro

Pulling up to this place from the outside, I was a little hesitant because it looks a bit run down and very small. However, the inside is cute, clean, and even a little fancy! Yes, it is cozy, and it filled up fast. Very popular place. The staff were friendly. The service was quick, and the food was excellent. We went for sushi and it was lovely and delicious. The menu is varied with Japanese, Chinese, and Thai inspired options, as well. I loved the green salad - the dressing is very tasty! We don't visit the Bennington area often, but we will return to Fuji if we do!

We are on vacation and stopped in Bennington for a few nights. We tried the hibachi dinners and was not disappointed. Big portions, great flavors and reasonable pricing.

Not the best I ever had but not the worst. Chicken fried rice was not the type of fried rice I am used to. The rainbow roll was good! Go for the rolls that's where it's at.
