I didn’t catch him name, but the cashier was awesome and gave me discount when I told him your online ordering wasn’t working. Such an easy was to make guests happy and loyal.
First few times we ate there the food was not good. One time they were out of bread. ‍ This time the food was amazing. Worker was super nice.Food: 5/5
Girlfriends been throwing up for 2 hours straight and has extremely painful cramps just hours after eating here it was all she had to eat all day. Don’t eat here until this is figured out seems like meat isn’t being stored/ prepped properly
Honestly not sure why this store can't seem to get things right. The staff at this location doesn't seem to put a premium on accuracy and customer service. I've had so many problems here that today was my first day back in quite a few months, and it didn't go well. They have forgotten things or made mistakes on my order before but today was something else, I placed my order through the drive-through to get food for my wife and I and the screen was glitching out and not tracking input correctly. Didn't seem like a big deal and I double checked my order before submitting it to be sure it was correct. I pulled around to the window and my food was somehow ready which seemed pretty suspicious as the sandwiches were supposed to be toasted. They gave me my food after I paid and I noticed right away that there was one sandwich and one bowl which was not what I ordered. I asked the employee why I had a bowl and she claimed it was what I ordered, it was not. I told her the screen acted weird but I most certainly did not select a bowl and the screen did not say I did and just wanted what I ordered. Her response was that I already paid for it therefore they wouldn't do anything to fix it. The rinkle in that argument is that I don't get my food until I pay for it, so by her logic they are absolved of any mistakes they make and getting what you ordered is a total guessing game. I didn't want to pay for an additional sandwich and there was no manager available so we took what we had and left. Got home to find out that we did not get our cookies, the "protein bowl" we did not want was basically soup, and the sandwich we did get was almost entirely vegetables and sauce with hardly any steak and had clearly been microwaved. I worked at subway years ago and have more or less been a customer there for years, this was not the level of quality I expected and have been returning for all this time. The staff do not seem to care about the quality of their work nor they way they appear to be representing their brand. Long story short, if you are in the mood for a quality sandwich and experience then I would look elsewhere.
This subway is clean and doesn't skimp on ingredients. Workers are engaged and work quickly. I wish this store would offer veggie patties. Update: Still get good service and food. Often out of garden salsa chips. But I have no complaints and neither do any of my lunch buddies who come to this restaurant all the time.
Got treated pretty bad by the staff today and this isn't the first time this has happened in recent memory. I just want what I ordered which should not be met with such criticism from the people responsible for that. I used to come to this location a lot and I find myself coming here less and less because of similar experiences, if this is to be considered the new normal then I will sate my hunger for sandwiches elsewhere. Also the touch screen is trash, freaks out half the time and I've noticed a pretty significant increase in the food I'm given being vastly different than what I had ordered.
Came in with my mom and ordered a deluxe club everything was fine till the only white girl there decided to use way to much sauce on my sub which caused it to be extremely messy an like come on your only job was to put sauces on my sandwich which was a deluxe why would you put so much sauce like you did 0n my sandwich with a poor attitude other then that my service has been great when I come in N I do tip when I come In
Very disappointed with my trip to the subway this time. A bunch of young kids working there today and they took forever! The line inside was very long and they took forever to get through each customer. They were not very friendly either. When I expressed how I wanted my salad made the worker sort of argued with me and said this is how we do it and then explain. Honestly I don't care how you do it, I'm the one that's going to be eating it, I would like you to make it the way I want it. Is that too much to ask? I don't think so. Then I noticed out of the corner of my eye the gentleman that was working the drive-thru in the back kind of rolled his eyes and gave me a look! Seriously! I don't think it's too much to ask to put the lettuce in with the rest of the vegetables so my food gets chopped together. My suggestion is be mindful of who is working when you come to this location or just skip it all together! They employ younger kids who are just here for the paycheck and don't really care about the customers! Nor are they very respectful!
Not reliable. Doesn't have Flatbread for breakfast. I hate the new drive-thru touch screen
This is for the Grant Street address store in Faribault, MN 55021. The store has a new touch screen that is very user friendly and enables you to customize your sandwiches! It was fast and easy! The customer service was great too!
