Ordered a philly style steak sub along with nacho chicken bites the sub arrived stone cold and was almost falling apart and the chicken nachos tasted like washing up liquid i have no idea what goes on in their kitchen but its definitely something dodgy if you are going to eat from here i suggest you eat in as their wraps are nice and hot and more fresh
Accepted my order when they didn't have the ingredients in stock. Lied that they tried to ring me and arrived with no sub at all and offered no refund or no solutions. Really rude staff. Absolute joke. Will never order again and I don't reccomend. This isnt the first time they've sent out my order with half the order missing either.
Advertised on the shop window, and online as closing at 10pm. Attempted to visit twice this week after work at approximately 9:30pm. Both times lights were off, door locked and nobody inside. Very disappointed. Went to Tortilla across the road instead which actually advertises CORRECT opening hours.
The person behind the sandwich bar tonight was overbearing. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable throughout.
I am shocked this place has even 3 out of 5 stars. Consistently I have been to this Subway and received rude service. Admittedly, the food is about as good as at any other Subway Subway quality probably doesn't vary much chain to chain, but the service is terrible. "Do you *need* the full scoop..." After I pointed out his scoop was half full maybe two thirds. Other examples and experiences but won't list.
If your hours say you close at 10:30 PM, you stay open until 10:30 PM. Closing before your hours is unacceptable.
Very happy with the service, the fella who works there is polite every time I come in. Always makes me a yummy vegan sub. Have been there multiple times since moving to the area and have never had a bad experience.
I was craving the vegan chocolate chip cookies and hence called the store to check if they have any left as it was almost late in the evening. The gentleman named Guri was very nice and polite both over the phone and in person. He was kind enough to save me 3 portions of cookies. Thank you very much Guri. You are a sure asset to Subway!
Just came back from buying food at Subway and the shop was really clean, friendly staff and the salad tastes really fresh. I can highly recommend it.
No breakfast today as the night staff didn't defrost it. What a joke.
