One of the best locations in Richmond. Always fresh subs and super sweet personnel thank you! I mostly order with Uber eats, and this restaurant always follows my instructions and writes nice messages on subs which make my day!

I live in Richmond BC. There are quite a few Subway locations and I can choose between a couple of them. I usually go to the location at 3rd and Williams because it’s easier to park. I’ve always received good customer service and the products are pretty fresh. That was not the case last night at all. I went at 7:30pm and the man that was working was miserable. I understand bad days, I do, sometimes customers are terrible or things aren’t going well. I have worked many customer service positions myself. Never ever have I experienced a situation like last night. The man didn’t want to sell me 12 cookies because he needed some for the case. Those were his exact words. I asked him the question “you’re not willing to sell me cookies?” He replied “maybe a few but not 12” I was really shocked and he could tell so he offered that he could maybe sell me an assorted box but that he would have to pick them. I said no because I can’t eat the cookies with chocolate and felt like getting really angry at him but I didn’t. I’m not that kind of person. I would want to know if I was the owner of the store. I don’t know about you but if I am working with the intention of selling goods and services, that’s what I do. Laziness is not the key

Love this Subway location! This is the only one I like going to because I feel like the sandwiches I get from this place are consistent. Sanket from here is super friendly and super nice, makes my sandwich the exact way I like it. Clean and it's a place I can depend on when I can't think of anything else to eat. Thank you so much Sanket for making me such a delicious sandwich today!
Delicious, healthy, reasonably priced, Subway is the best choice when you don't know what to eat
I have a bad experience with them. They were lazy and disorganized and their contacts was so cold and without any responsibility
There was great service and the food is always tastes great. The workers are very nice and even though you make a mistake they always respond in a nice way or ever seem mad at all.
