Subway

After waiting 10 minutes after my sub had been toasted (due to burning 2 subs in front of mine), I watched the sandwich artist drop the knife on the ground and use it to cut three subs behind mine. I then mentioned to the artist who was burning the subs that mine had been sitting out for 10 mins and was no longer warm. Her name was kassandra and she barked at me and demanded that it was still warm instead of providing any sort of positive customer feedback. I then let her know her partner had dropped the knife and continued cutting bread with it to which she ignored me. Our subs never did get made, and we left. Terrible experience. Awful service. Unsanitary conditions to where we could have got sick.

Not well treated, not enough employees, sandwiches not like a wanted ,always have to keep an eye on on it make sure they put the right condiments in !

I hate this subway...hair in subs, spiders all over above the front door...and the flies in the summer...the question should be, "how do you like your flies with that?" The new subway on rue Georges is the best in Buckingham!!!
