BEWARE! I have had to repeat myself multiple times to staff under the same management to wash their hands after I have seen them come from outside smoking. I informed the employee at a separate location I was not happy with the service as I repeatedly have to remind him (employee works alone and is unsupervised) and i would be leaving a review to let other people know. I was then informed that "its okay, nobody sees the reviews but the owner". This comment disturbed me immensely so I contacted Google and later found out the alias "Annie Acheson" leaving reviews is the owner as the only reviews posted under that account are at the same time and ironically at two subway locations that the same owner operates. WOW! Poor customer service!! Steer clear!! You've been warned!!

One of the oldest sub shops in town! Our family of 5 use to be regulars and now we make the extra drive to Malden Road location. Quality and friendly service sure has gone down over the years. Wont be back!

Very old and run down store. The bathroom door wouldn't lock properly and fan sounded like a 20 year old car but nice staff!
