Great customer service. Build good subs and move through the lines pretty fast. Clean restaurant.

- Slow customer service (had one person ahead of us in line and it still took almost 15 minutes to get out of there) - Poor English made it very difficult to understand the workers - Unaware of what sauces contain gluten (I was told all sauces contained gluten except Caesar. After trying to clarify what they meant they said there's gluten in the sauces with dairy. What..?)

The staff never changes their gloves in between serving multiple people. A guy had to tell the staff multiple times to change their gloves as they had touched a veggie he was allergic too and then started making his sub. They didn't understand him.. I honestly think that's terrible and very gross that they don't use proper sanitation. Gross ! Never going here again
