Another good located and well maintained outlet. Free parking and handicap parking. Nest and clean Public washroom . Good customer service they have variety ,fresh vegetables and meat stuff . Always ask for deal of the week

My boyfriend is extremely lactose intolerant and has other medical issues that prevent him from consuming dairy. He specifically asked for a sub without cheese or any sauces containing dairy. when he went home with his sub and bit into it, THERE WAS CHEESE. He was in PAIN for WEEKS. Reckless behaviour at restaurants like this could literally kill people. I've seen diabetics get served regular coke instead of diet and end up in the hospital. Management and staff need to take dietary needs more seriously.

I think we all agree that cheese is essential for a nice stake and mushroom melt. Since I used to be a regular costumer, my favorite Sub being the Stake and Cheese toast I always found that after the sub being toasted ,the cheese disappeared mainly because the slices are paper thin. So I always ask for extra cheese which I get for and extra buck and was OK with. Than one day I see that Subway came out with the Stake and Mushroom melt, looks amazing on the add picture so I give it a try about week ago. First disappointment came when is see the cheese being sprinkled on my sandwich, the end product being a cheese flavored sandwich. Today I ended up again at the Subway from Sage Hill, Arnold (who turns out to be the manager) starts making my sandwich and I see on the menu board the picture of the stake and mushroom cheese melt, cheese gushing out in the middle looking very tasty and than a thought just popped out of nowhere and I kindly, politely ask Arnold: could you please be kind and make my sandwich the way it looks on the picture, please. Dont understand why,but he got angry and aggressive , i tried to explain him that when a business advertises a product by description, picture or any other forms of advertising its their responsibility and the law to back it up by providing the costumer the products,services that they are expecting for they hard earned money regardless of value, otherwise lets face is its a scam. So the conversation carries on, I asked a few more time to please provide the advertised product, when he told me to f.. off and get out of the store and threw the half ready 1 foot long sub in the bin. Since I didnt feel that i did anything against him nore was rude in any extent i refused to leave and waited for my partner who was purchasing hes luch. Meanwhile tried to explain him that if he should realize one very simple fact,that me and the costumers that eat at subway are paying hes and hes employees wages. He started screaming again at me saying that its not true, get out of hes store otherwise hes calling the police. I told him please do so ,and i will wait at the store until they arrive. He goes in the back, meanwhile I ask the other person behind the counter to provide me the phone nr for the manager, at this point Arnold runs to the front and screams in my face that he is the manager. This is when I realized who I was actually dealing with.. the store manager, so I just told him that its sad, and left the store. Myself am a business owner, I do construction, exterior works, I always take pictures of the jobs I do and provide them to potential costumers as per request. Now would not be a scam if id photoshop these pictures, get the job and mess up their house cuz I cut corners, use cheap materials and cause damage and not taking any kind of responsibility, wouldnt you feel cheated and disappointed? This was the last time that I have opened a door of a suwbay and whoever takes the time to read this review, well compare the sandwich you get to the one that triggered you to make that actual decision and remember that money that you earn regardless of what you do ,it has no lesser value than your life ,cus thats what you spend earning it ,so respect it.

Great consistent service. I used to come here almost every day and the bathrooms were always clean, in fact I have never seen the Subway messy. Reet is super friendly and a hard worker.
