SUBWAY

Today at lunch I ordered 4 subs online for pickup today. Firstly it took 20 minutes to make which is alright but not to my liking. Secondly I had put a minimum of 3 sauces in each sub but when I got them it literally had one drop of sauce. Very dry and there was absolutely no sauce in it. When I asked for extra sauce, they gave it to me in a container instead of putting it in my sub like I had asked. Lastly, I ordered the new mini cookies for $3 and they were disappointing. Even though they're cheaper than buying 3 regular size cookies, I wasn't satisfied with the quality of them. A few cookies were so small that they looked like half of the mini cookies. They were the size of a gluestick lid.

Extremely Disappointed with ServicenPlaced an online order and selected a specific bread for my sandwich. When I arrived to pick it up, they had substituted the bread without even contacting me. When I politely brought it up, instead of offering to remake the sandwich with the correct bread or offering any kind of solution, the staff member told me to “just cancel the order online” and pay for a new one if I wanted it fixed.nnAbsolutely unacceptable. I expect better from Subway — especially when it comes to basic customer service. If you’re going to make changes to someone’s order, the least you can do is notify them and try to resolve it when they bring it up. I left with the wrong order and no help. They should have contacted us or waited until we arrived to make the sandwich. Apparently, they only had white bread. I don’t understand how it’s acceptable for Subway to not have other kinds of bread. Also, if you didn’t have the bread, you shouldn’t have accepted the order in the first place.nnAvoid this location at all cost. They will substitute your food items without even notifying you.

I went to this store on July 11th. I ordered same veg sandwich twice. 1st Employee charged more for my 1st sandwich and for the same sandwich another Employee charged less. I realized after I checked my bank statement. If you visit this store Pls make sure when you pay your bill.

Had a great experience at the Subway in Bearton! The team member Raman who assisted me was extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and tasted great too. Definitely a place I’d recommend!

We were just at the subway in Wierton, Ontario location and must say the sandwich artist he was the only one at this time was absolutely amazing with his service. He was super friendly and serviced us with a smile. The washrooms were super clean. The Tuna and veggie sandwiches we had were also made perfectly just as we like them. Wish we remembered to ask his name but we must acknowledge his beautiful service.
