Absolute joke of a place. I can’t eat bread due to health reasons, so I asked if they could put my sub into a bowl and just give me the bread on the side so I could give it to one of my family members to make a sandwich with. Mind you I’m paying for the full sub… they told me no. The most ridiculous part about it is a salad with only a 6” portion of meat is the same price as a foot long or I would just order a salad. They need to figure out their prices and their customer service. Because once again people with health issues are loosing.
Kyla is the best worker there, makes the subs the fastest, is friendly and seems like she loves her job keep up the good work my sub was great
Food was typical subway eats... however service could be alot nicer. Not friendly, no smile, no have a nice day, I've always found when working in customer service to be friendly and to make a customer feel welcome not like I'm bothering you by eating at your business!
Was in the Walkerton Sub Way yesterday August the 16th. There was a new lady working. I ask her how long she had been working there.. said it was her first day. She had no idea how to make my sub. There was two other ladies working. Both stood at the back laughing because I had to tell her how to make my sub. The new lady was tryingnA little disappointed in the other staff. At least the new one was trying.
Worst service ever! Staff Felt me embarrassed for asking for the food I ordered online. Remove items from mobile App if they are not available in store! Very disappointed by the response and service. Never coming back to this Place.
