Always terrible service from the woman that works at this location. Speaking another language in front of others is extremely rude. She barely puts any toppings on the sandwiches and forgets items. Always an uncomfortable feeling like the customers are bothering them. Do urself a favor go someplace else

A few weeks ago went in to grab a sandwich after golf around 9:30pm on a Thursday. Walked in, nobody to be found, so I went to the washroom and washed my hands. Came back out, still nobody. Finally some dude emerged from the back and seemed annoyed. All of the ingredients were put away from the counter already, he told me he was closed and I needed to leave. Very confusing considering the open sign was illuminated and the door was open. I like subway, but I'll avoid this location and go to the much friendlier mr sub 500 yards down the road.

Excellent service by the employees, clean place and always a best place to dine for breakfast when in Burlington.

If you ask for a sub of the day here, they will proceed to make footlong sub of the day instead of the six inch, without bothering to ask you which one you want and then will argue with you about it that they are technically correct and that I didn't specify exactly which size I wanted. They're pretty dumb. Given that there are two different sizes for the sub of the day, wouldn't it make sense to ask the customer which size they want, if it wasn't mentioned? Half of that footlong sub was needlessly wasted due to incompetence on their part. I've never seen any other business operate like this. If you go to a movie theatre and buy tickets to Wonder Woman, they wouldn't just print out IMAX tickets and then argue with you that you didn't specify that you wanted a regular screening. If there are options, you tell the customer what they are. Learn how to do proper business. In case you're curious, this happened just before 11am on August 29, 2017. It was a woman who took about a minute to come out and serve me because she was on the phone in the back speaking in Hindi.
