I said lots of spinach and they literally gave me 3 pieces of spinach leaves. And I asked for more, he put another 2 on it. Ok now........... this is the smallest subway sandwich I've ever had in my life. I've never seen someone this cheap with their ingredients.........

Well, I have to say. I'm surprised by the good ratings this place got. It's either friends and family are rating. Or staff during the day are better than later in the day. I've recently moved to Burlington. Due to my job, I do quite a bit of traveling and often times, find myself choosing different Subways in different cities and towns. It's fast, tasty and better than the old McDonald's, burger spots, etc. By the way. I'm not a trucker. I work for one of the major banking institutions. On two occasions I've gone to this location to grab a steak & cheese before I hit the road, heading to Ottawa. I like lettuce, onions, black olives and chipoltie sauce. That's it, that's all. This is the only location I've ever been to, where I have to ask 3-4 times for an appropriate portion of onions and olives. The portions were so offensive, I was able to count the amount of individual slices. Except for the lettuce, regular amount that I'm used to having. Except that the second time I went. The lettuce was not fresh. Each time I asked for some more onions or black olives, the servers would add, (and this is not exaggerating), 2-3 slices. WOW! Which is why I had to ask 3-4 times. Also, each time the server would have such a look of annoyance on their face. That when it's time to put the tiny amount of sauce on, I can't be bothered to ask for an appropriate amount. Im so offended by this location and the two severs which worked here during the week, between 7-8pm, that I am giving them a bad review.

Went in yesterday with my 2.5 year old son and the staff offered him a free cookie, great customer service!
