My experience was definitely not the ideal customer service that you would expect. My friend and I were in line to order. She ordered first, and then I did. She got her food and began to eat while I waited for my turn. The employee took my order and began to make it when another person walked in. They ordered three pizza subs, and then the employee completely stopped making my wrap and began to make the subs. Obviously, I wasn't mad at this since that normally happens at Subway, but this time, the employee placed my wrap in the grill and continued to make the persons subs. About 5 minutes go by, and they still didn't take my wrap out of the grill. I started to get worried about it and looked to my friend, she said to mention the wrap. I mentioned the wrap, and they employee disregarded me and continued on the subs. The person pointed out to serve me first since I was first before him, but the employee disregarded him as well. She was also on a call with someone during this whole time. My wrap continued to burn. It took the person having to stop the employee from taking my wrap out of the grill, and by the time it was out, it was burnt. They remade me a new wrap and gave it to me for free for the inconvenience. By the time this whole ordeal was done, my friend had finished her entire sub. It was super surprising as I have never had service like this before at subway and it was definitely something.nnThere was also a weird car honking noise that occurred every 17 seconds..?? I was so bored I was counting the time.
One staff member on a Sunday at noon time and she had a large Off-Site order to fill. Doing her very best! By the time I left, half an hour later and still no submarine, the store had already turned away a few customers. Very poor. Very poor
Staff is friendly but i notice 1 common thing in most of the subway owned by my community they make sub very lighter for example if 6 slices of each tomato & cucumber in normal sub, they put only 4. Trying to save their veggies. I think they have these instructions from store owner because otherwise why employees doing this kind of things?
I went in this evening to get a sub. There was a gentleman ahead of me. There was ordering quite a few subs with lots of different toppings. There was only one gentleman working, and he did a wonderful job of making sure that gentleman got his food in a timely manner. The Uber was ringing behind him and he handled it very well. Take some time to get my food under the circumstances of only having one person on staff I think he did an amazing job.
This Subway sell constantly serves fresh, flavorful sandwiches while providing exceptional customer service, clean facilities, and a speedy, courteous staff. Highly recommended!
