Fish & Sips

Really good fish and really good chips! I recommend the halibut over the Pollock if you're looking for a meatier fish. If you prefer flakier, the Pollock is the way to go. The batter is really good either way. Fries are nice and crispy - no soggy fries! Fisherman's platter+an extra fish is probably enough to satisfy two people.

Small and quaint fish and chips restaurant. Reasonably priced. Food was not oily. Fries tasted as if they were freshly cut. We were hoping to visit it again for their lunch special but missed it. Will visit again when we are in the Collingwood area. Will recommend to friends and family to try!

Best fish and chips I've had! Lightly battered and moist inside, just yum! Generous serving sizes and reasonably priced. For the three of us we ordered the sea food platter and added an extra fish. It was perfect amount with starters and dessert. The breaded calamari was really good but we weren't a fan of the clamstrips because all we could taste was the batter. I wouldn't order it again. For dessert, the apple crisp and key lime pie were both delicious and again generous portions. The place is small but cosy and we loved the mirror wall. Definitely Instagram worthy wall!

I was greeted immediately and the service continued to be excellent throughout. I ordered basic haddock and chips and my order was ready surprisingly fast.. even though i had watched them prepare it fresh. It was also excellent. The batter was crisp and not greasy, and the fries were equal or better to some of the best fish and chips I've had in the UK. I like that they support local breweries with what they have on tap, and recommend the Creemore ESB (English Style Beer... yes it could have a more creative name, but at least it is completely valid.). I will visit here again.
