I would like to recognize one of the Subway employees for her excellent service at this location. The employee's name is GUNDEEP. She consistently make sandwiches exactly according to the recipes with great care and attention to detail.nnIn addition to the quality of her work, she is always very friendly, polite, and professional with customers. Her positive attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience.
Karan opened the store early so that he could make three platters for me to bring up north for a meeting. I truly appreciate it. Great customer service!!
Your store was good to our crew while working on the road. Thank you so much! You were great to have close, our guys ate there many times and never heard a complaint. The smell of the bread baking in the morning was absolute torture and we cursed you out for that many times.
I went in and the worker was wearing a pair of gloves and talking on his phone, he asked what I would like then proceeded to make my sub WITH the same pair of gloves he had been using to touch his phone. I had to ask him if he was going to change his gloves before touching my food, since he had been touching his phone. The worker did wash his hands and change his gloves, and got me a new sub. But, as I was paying, he put the sub that had been touched by his previous gloves that I did not want BACK instead of throwing it out. It was really gross and disappointing to see because now someone else is going to eat the contaminated sub that had been touched by his dirty gloves. very disappointing, unhygienic, and unsanitary.
Had a good experience at Subway. Karan Gill was friendly and made my order perfectly. Great customer service and fresh food. Thank you!
