Love the chopped salad idea Subway has, and I have had no complaints UNTIL I visited here in WEYBURN!! The thing is I like shredded cheese on my chicken salad. Most places put on a healthy portion. BUT the management here apparently have a rule : only what seems to be a tablespoon per salad. It really is not even worth putting this much in the salad as you will never taste it. I had made the argument that I am not including other things like spinach, pickles etc, why couldn't I substitute with some extra cheese? "sorry sir this is the rule" was the reply. When I offered to pay extra well I guess its not in the system so no can do!! Well holy #$#@!^%$ like what is wrong with these ppl. What kind of smarts does it take to realize that likely 40% of your business is from return customers?? I am not returning...because of a rule that is worth what 0.50 cents?? I believe we all work hard for our money and need to stand up to businesses that try and screw you for a dollar!!
