Service and food has always been great. There are tvs everywhere so you won't miss a play during the big game.

This was our first time and possibly our last! We went out as a family here, and ordered a large pizza.
 When the pizza came there was a long dark hair on the top of the pizza! The waitress went and got the manager. They casually apologized. They brought us a new one (too quickly. You'd think a good quality pizza takes time). They did not charge us for the second pizza, but they charged us full price for our meal with no other form of compensation. Very unprofessional staff. BP has always been a classy place to dine, that was not our experience here.
