Subway

Worst experience I ever had at a subway location. Didn’t use my coupon when I asked. Got rude when I asked for extra toasted. No ice for my fountain drink. Also after I asked a question to staff member actually told me I should go to the other location instead next time. Then I asked for a refund and she just didn’t reply and was very rude!

Place was clean but service was horrible. Rude staff who got annoyed when asked for more veggies as she put little on to begin with. Asked for foot longer cookie , said she had none yet I called earlier that day and was told they had lots. It stays in the freezer so clearly she just didn't want to take the time to do so . Horrible experience

I placed an online order for my lunch break, an hour in advance in case they were busy so they wouldn't have to stress over it, but it's cold. Like, put inside a refrigerator cold. Idk, but I thought, since I ordered it online, it would be made around the time I specified I'd pick it up? If I had known they'd just make it anyway, I would've just waited. Even a phone call to tell me it was ready, or an email, would've been better than getting a cold, soggy sandwich.

The staff is always friendly and the toppings are always fresh. I've been to a bunch of different subways in Newfoundland and this one is the best.nnThe only complaint is the soda machine isn't great - water quality or something. But they always have bottled drinks available which is why I give a 5 star rating.
