While the food was good my wait in store for take out was long. The guy on the counter out front was on break. My food order came up and I watched it sit there until someone from the DT came over and bagged it. Frustrating to watch. Do better!

We ordered 106.00 worth of chicken. The fries were cold,the coleslaw was missing and the pies were nowhere to be seen. I've tried calling the store only to be told "Mailbox is full" and it cuts me off!! Not a happy camper,I had people over for supper and part of it were missing.

Had my worst experience today. Placed my order via the App at 5:07pm recieved notice my order was ready at 5:25 and entered the store. Stood at the counter marked as APP and Delivery Pick Up for 20 minutes before I had to get someone's attention to pull my order from the hot box. Finally departed the store at about 5:45 and arrived home to enjoy my now soggy taters and chicken only to discover 2 of the items were missing... I called the store and told them I'd be back to pick up the items in approx 10 mins. Arrived back at the store and stood at the App and delivery pick up counter for yet another 15 mins before flagging someone down to get the items. Which to my surprise were NOT ready for pick up. Finally got my stuff and headed home to enjoy my now cold soggy greasy chicken and taters and half full regular Poppins at 6:35... Not even an upgrade or a sorry from the staff... I'd definitely take my $70 elsewhere next time and recommend others do too.

I placed my order at the Kelligrews location at about 1:20pm or so. I ordered a Big Mary meal and a 4 piece meal. When I got home and went to set out for our meal only to find out that the Big Mary from the meal was not there. I have been calling the store ever since trying to let them know of the error, but, it has been busy ever since and it is know 3:25pm. I don't think that this is good for business.

The chicken is amazing, and the drive through is very efficient at peak hours. The menu is quite large and the gravy is probably the best I've ever had. Do yourself a "flavor" and get the Poppins poutine on taters.

The women on the cash was very unfriendly like. When i took my food home i live not 2 minutes away my taters were barely warm. Also the gravy was like watered down soup and my piece of chicken breast had grease running off of it. It was by dar the worst experience i ever had at this Mary Brown's.

My mother in law said meal was hot, fresh and tasty. Food was for her. She enjoyed.

Always good food, good community supporters

Good food, service was horrible. The app forces you to put in a form of payment to receive loyalty rewards. Prices are a bit exspencive compared to other restaurants in the area. All in all I wont be going back for a long time.
