Tiniest amount of toppings I’ve ever seen. Owner appeared quite fine with the under sized amounts. Last time attending this location. Certainly not like the old days nor like what is served in other locations. Trying to stretch out food to make more profit. Shameful

I'm from out of town, how do I report a possible food poisoning? My husband and I ate there Friday at lunch time, my husband is not sick but I am. The only difference is that I had mayo on my sub been disgustingly sick since late Friday night.

Simple subway. Make your own sub, they have a dining area for eating in and you can take food to go, fairly fast service.
