My boyfriend and I were driving across the country and stopped at McDonalds for a Poutine (being from Quebec) and we were stunned by the excellent service that Luke gave us. I wish I could give this McDonald's a zero star but unfortunately that is not an option! I waited 35 mins for my "fast" food!!! One person on till and 15 in line. Drive thru wasn't any different...though when waiting inside they seemed to be more concerned about the drive thru line!!

Horrible service. This McDonald's deserves 0/5 stars. No Ice cream in the summer. No grilled chicken. No poutine; and a wait on crispy chicken. Ridiculous.
