Worst customer service ever. We ordered online about half an hour before we were ready to pick it up. We paid online, and the order was confirmed. About 10 minutes before we were to pick it up, we got an email saying the order was canceled and to speak with the store. We tried to call and they would not answer the phone. So I went into the store to speak with them. I actually was able to speak with the franchise owner who happened to be helping make sandwiches. He had no explanation and was less than helpful. He shrugged his shoulders when I asked why the order had been canceled. I asked about already paying for the order and he said the money would be refunded sometime between the next couple hours and next couple days. No offer to make the sandwiches while I stood there no offer to try and figure out why the order had been canceled, just dismissive and a shrug of the shoulders. I would not recommend this location.
Worst customer service experience! Asked the girl if she can wash her hands before putting gloves on. She said yes and walked to the indian guy, said something and never came out till the guy finished with the other customer and I was about to pay for my sandwich. Not very friendly!
Honestly, I enjoy being able to make my own sandwich! Some people in the staff could have an attitude towards the costumers but we still get amazing people. Usually, there is not a long wait time, so it makes me happy. Would totally recommend!
My order on line was made wrong and called in and instead of rectifying the problem they told me to bad I can go some where else and I would not receive a refund . Worst service I've ever had I will never order from here again .
Placed an order online fairly late on a Wednesday night. Was ready when promised and everything was on point. Perfectly prepared and it honestly tasted a notch above your typical Subway. Well done! Parking: Nice big parking lot with lots of ro9m for us to park with our little trailer.
I am so disappointed that they have raised their prices so high. 10.79 for a 6" is beyond steep. Subway it will be a cold day in hell before I return at those prices. Opa here I come for way more visits. Shame shame shame on Subway.Food: 1/5
Based upon my visit today I rsted a 5. The person taking my order was friendly and efficient after he placed the meat and cheese on he saw the person at the topping bar was busy so he reached over and continued my order.
Bread was the best ever at this Strathmore.location, and bathrooms were clean++!Food: 5/5
My family & I were traveling through Strathmore on Wednesday and decided to stop at subway for lunch. It was just before 1pm so it was fairly busy. 1st thing I noticed was they do not change thier gloves often. I watched her make 7 sandwiches, touching the oven to get bread each time, toasting subs as well. All of this with the same set of gloves on. 2nd thing I noticed was the staff wrapping the sandwiches was cutting them, wrapping and then getting payments for the food, again I saw her do this with the 7 orders ahead of me..As soon as I got up there I asked her to please change her gloves 2x actually. 3rd thing was it seemd the 3 staff working one seemed to be a mamager had some serious animosity with each other.and was showing in front if the customers. I strongly feel that the staff needs to be trained and reminded to changes those gloves! Will never eat here again or recommend but I do hope they get this dealt with.
I love subway. Always have and I'm sure i always will. Its unfortunate that this one is located on the edge of town away from pretty much everything except the dealerships. But they are extremely consistent and the owner is very nice. I often see him behind the counter providing support to his team when its peak times. Definitely shows that he cares. Its extremely busy at noon for lunch so id recommend coming at any other time to beat the rush.
