would be 5, but they gave my friend a spicy junior chicken and she wanted a regular one. overall, enjoyed my experience. they gave me and my friend extra sauce, they have our hearts staff were not rude which is hard to find, especially at this type of business. we’re lovin it edit: they also opened the door for us. just so kind truly ‼‼
Thus is my crispy chicken with bacon. It's missing the cheese I paid for & apparently the tomato guy is on break. All this for $15 & the filled of minced fish was missing from the bag. When I asked the high 5 dude at the window where my filled was, he lost all human ability to communicate. Why do I continue to go back to a mcdicks that you have to almost pull out individual fries to make sure your orders correct? Because it's the only one in town & when the owner doesn't give a rat's a.., your only option is another fast food place or finally reviewing a place that I will never go back to. I'd suggest the same for anyone else who spots the sad arches off hwy 1 in strathmore.
Tonight I went through the drive threw and as someone who works many night shifts I know it can be hard to be bubbly alert and prompt. But this team was nothing but that. Being treated with a smile, kindly informed that my coffee was being made fresh and would take a moment. Just wanted to recognize the wonderful young people working tonight and say thank you.
Messed up my burger 2 times after going back to get a new one. Fries were fresh but had absolutely NO salt. Not busy at all but kept asking for our order number. Small order and made us go wait in a spot. TERRIBLE
......well....I consumed as good client .....but then I was having problems with my phone Data ....and when I asked for help to the Mc Donald employes they didn't help me ......apparently they were too " busy" ......and when they were more relax , either asked to me if I was OK with the Mc Donald's WiFi "free" internet service......so.....but the meal was good.......
Had a great experience with quick service. Ordered for a full family and was happy to see that they were providing books in the kids meal instead of toys. Makes it a more useful item in the happy meal. Keep up the good idea with books in the happy meals.Food: 4/5
These guys will NEVER get your order right, good luck using the app to order anything. It's supposed to be fast food but you'll be waiting in the parking lot for 30 mins to get the other half most of the time. No remorse for mistakes either.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We decided to make a stop to grab some quick breakfast on our road trip. Upon attempting to order at 2 of the self serve kiosks the printers were broken and would not dispense a receipt. Despite there being 7 people working at this location, there was only a handful of drive through orders and 3 people waiting inside for their order. We waited 30 mins for a burnt bagel belt which was poorly made with 2 ends of a bagel, wilting lettuce, and barely any bacon pieces. As we waited 30 mins for this order, they also forgot our hash brown. There was also a customer behind us that had made an online order 1 coffee and they were not able to find the order and the gentleman had to wait for a while to just receive his coffee. This is VERY frustrating and was definitely the WORST McDonald’s experience ever. We attempted to go back inside to get a refund, but due to the long lines that built up from the lack of efficiencies and inability to help customers in a timely manner, we resulted to going through drive through to get a refund. We were denied a refund and was told we HAVE to go wait inside to get a refund. This experience was POORLY handled from the initial issues with the kiosk to the wait times and even up until the refund process.
Not happy at all!! Had 10 nuggets they should have been trash an again hour. And then same thing tonight wanted 20 and I got 12 old ones and and 8 that wont to bad!!
For a fast food restaurant, this particular location of Macdonalds has some of the worst service that I've ever experienced. Order two things and they park you for 15 minutes in their parking lot that is always full.Food: 3/5
