Subway

Very disappointed in the service I received in your restaurant today you had a young lady who was absolutely fabulous and a young man that was absolutely horrendous unfortunately I cannot spell his name but he was cross-contaminating food failing to serve the customers arguing with the customers picking up stuff off the floor not changing his gloves I mean come on. I refused to allow him to touch my food. Subway has standards and they are clearly not being paid attention to.

The lobster sandwich was lacking lobster. It tasted like vegetables because there was just a small smear of lobster meat on it. Everybody gets double meat which cost almost double the price. We bought two 12-in lobster subs with nothing else and it cost over $46. You would think for that price you would not have to pay for double meat taste the lobster on your sub. I think I will just go to the grocery store and buy some lobster and make my own. What a crazy insane price.

I placed an order for pickup to we ordered the holiday sub which comes with a cranberry sauce when we got home with our order there was no sauce on the holiday sub so I called the store and spoke to someone who told me they were out of the sauce which wasn't communicated when we ordered and would of changed what we ordered of we knew not very happy with the service lately from this location

Today's service was great. We went around supper time and it was busy, but staff were able to get everyone through at a good speed. All staff handling food were wearing masks. The floor is well marked out for physical distancing. Everything was stocked well.
