First issue came when they had a the 6in free with 25$ giftcard promotion: store tried to say I'd not only need to purchase a footlong with the giftcard but that I could not get the 6in until i had also purchased 2 more footlongs... second came when during the "lettuce shortage" they tried to use lettuce that looked like it had already gone bad and when asked to use fresh lettuce pulled out yet another metal insert of bad lettuce... now the final straw: website no longer allows you to order pickup online and pay on arrival now they force you to pay before hand. Why waste your hard earned $$ on mediocre service. And will definitely not be entering in my card information given how your subway app already scammed me out of 40$ on orders that according to the restaurant just "didn't exist" why would I give this franchise just another opportunity to take my money and give me nothing or below garbage quality food.
They put rotten lettuce on my sub, right in front of me… then when I asked about it they said yea , we know we are low on lettuce…… but they still put ROTTEN products on my sandwich that could have potentially made me very sick… then justified it…..#Albertahealthservices should probably investigate how many people they have gotten sick in the area by serving taunted food. . Good luck folks. I won’t eat here ever again. I walked out, I’m not interested in paying to be food poisoned.
This is the BEST subway I've ever been to. The guys working there today July 15th around 1pm were amazing and put alot of effort into making a nice sub and giving us suggestions on what would be good.
I asked for a southwest steak & avocado but they asked me what I wanted in my sub. But this sandwich’s toppings are predetermined right down to the bread. Needless to say I didn’t get the sandwich I ordered & threw out 6 of the 12 inch.
This is exactly the way a Subway should be. The service was top notch, I didn't see his name, but he was super friendly and quick. A true sandwich artist, he made a couple of suggestions for my pizza sub that really kicked it up a notch. Highly recommend.
They have the best staff! Great service and they have remembered me and my order years after moving away and coming home again : Love them!
One of the best places in town to have a fresh and healthy meal. Staff is super friendly and I have a pleasant experience every time I go there. Sandwich artists will greet you well and make your sandwich just as you desired! Good job you guys. Keep up the good work.
The staff where really friendly. They took their time making our subs and made sure no accidental unwanted toppings ended up on them. The facility was spotless and they had plenty of hand sanitizer available, both at the entrance as well as the till.
Its been amazing experience to visit this store. All staff were amazing. My kid was crying so the owner actually offered and gifted her a bowl of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. My kid was happy all the way back to home!!!
Always a busy place that has fresh buns & cookies of all different types. The condiments, meats & cheeses are always fresh as well. Service is very fast if you are in a hurry. Love the newfangled fountain pop machine or bottled drinks if you prefer.
