Almost always mess up my order. The woman working the front counter on friday march 17th at 6:00pm is absolutely miserable. I come here because it’s easy and on my way to work, but it is almost always a bad experience.
McDonald's has the best coffee. Here it will be hot, and you may have a to wait a bit during a rush, but your food will be hot. Why only three stars, it just a McDonald's.
One of the worst McDonald's I've been too. Staff is great, friendly. But they almost always mess up my order. They are constantly running out of items. They need to get on-top of their ordering.

$8.00 for a dried out Big Mac. I've been to McD's many times in my 60 years. Most were disappointing. That was as my last visit to ANY McDonald's.
I recently tried their newest Grande Mac and wasn't very impressed at all. Huge bun double dose of lettuce shavings, couple slices of bacon and 2 burger patties that were thinner than the bacon slices. It was the perfect example of corporate greed today. The biggest burger on the menu, the clerk said. Maybe the biggest price...my cheesburger patty was twice the size of that thing. I've grown up on McDonald's and always liked it, but I'll never order the Grande Big Mac corporate greed burger again. Shame on you McDonald's.
Hi everyone, Stuart Dale Scoobie Brown. So it's been to hot to cook & McDonald's French fries are my favorite, so I went to McDonald's in Pincher Creek Alberta, I got a luke warm Grand Big Mac, Fries & gravy. I can understand pre cooked Hamburgers but throw them on the grill for alittle bit to heat them up. The meal was Disgusting, I won't be going back
I have been to a lot of bad McDonald's but this one takes the cake. Stopped in on our way home from Waterton on the evening of August 5th to get the kids Happy Meals. Place was absolutely packed with people waiting for their orders. Most people were using the self order kiosk as most people trying to make an order at the counter when unnoticed by the staff. The self order kiosk was not producing receipts so nobody had their order number. Multiple customers had paid and after a while of waiting was told by a staff member that their order That they already paid for did not exist. They were not given a reason or solution. One gentleman ordered a large soft drink and was told they had ran out of large cups. The gentleman stated that he had paid for a large drink. Response from the staff member was "Things run out"! Again, no solution or apology to the gentleman. In the end it took me 35 minutes to get my two Happy Meals. I have worked retail before so fully understand the stress but this is no way to treat paying customers...
This McDonald's just finished being renovated. They now have Kiosks to service you faster. The store looks great. A nice now look to s great store. The two managers are very nice and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. They are open again March 4 at noon. Hope you see you there.
Slow service. Bigmac looked like it was stomped over and thrown against the wall before being wrapped. It has been 10 years since I had a Bigmac and this is the last time ever. MacDonald food became so tasteless and feel so synthetic. The buns are like cardboards, the pale grey color beef patties are so tiny and looked like they are steamed with hot water and coming from a ciw who died from leukemia. I used to love their mcChiken as a kid. Now it is just another sad dried out sandwich with no tang. Their coffe is somehow excellent, but McD's food is garbage and very expensive for what it is, and the McNuggets are the best example . I wouldn't eat MacDonald's food again, even if it was FREE.
