Pros: 1. Easy location. 2. Good place to sit and spend time with friends 3. Lot of veggies on sub Cons: 1. Over-heated biscuit in place of sub. Probably old bread as it is hard, breaks off when u eat, tastes like expired bread with an unplesant scent. 2. Racist and impolite staffs. Probably from south asia, no masks, untidy hands. 3. Dont ask for sauces, else they would start crying. Only 3 sauces allowed1 thin line each. 4. The lettuce looks like a year old, yellowish and watery. I had to ask them to skip lettuce. 5. Contaminated veggies section, very untidy. Overall experience: good place with a horrendous sub. If u want to fill up your stomach then come and eat. If u r a subway lover and enjoy the real taste of sub, let me tell u u would probably be disappointed.

Sent the wrong sandwich to me. Was a disgusting meatball sandwich. Dried up with a few pieces of lettuce on it. Honestly they did a favor by not serving that to anyone.
Inpolite staff, they are unfortunately not understanding english very well and are not very tidy in making the sandwich, so everything fell apart while eating. The seating area in Victoria Station is not great either, not very clean and it's very warm there so not a place where you want to sit longer. Although I think as long as it tastes good the service is not really relevant, I don't want to go to this subway again.
This place is the most pleasant disaster. They can’t wrap a single sandwich correctly. Needs help.
Quick, cheap and delicious. But the best part was the friendliness of the staff! All had smiles in their faces and were kind and patient and in the end they even gave a treat to my little daughter. Recommend!
No hot drinks to serve is find but you have to tell me in advance. How can people see that small and unclear small note. The bread is just close to the rubbish bin!! The lady is rude and impatient.
Staff didn't say hello when we got to the counter, they stood near the back room looking at us and talking to each other for a few seconds. I told them what sandwich I wanted, never asked me what bread I wanted before they started making it, if they guy didn't understand what I said he would just stand there and look around, not ask me to repeat myself. The meatball marinara barely had any sauce and was dry. Disappointing all around and wouldn't recommend. There's plenty of better places a few steps away to eat.
Very few options of food to choose from but a little bit consume since there's no website to previously choose " what I want to eat "Food: 2/5
Neither employee wearing a mask, or hanging by neck. Neither spoke good enough English - the order took 12 minutes just to understand what was wanted. Cooked my sandwich incorrectly did not pre heat patty.
