I asked for dressing on the side and got half filled of one those 2Tbs cup for my foot-long. Was about 100° and 90% humidity in there! Not a very comfortable experience. Rushed through making our subs to make up for how long we had to wait before our order was started. We had zero impatience with the waiting, so rushing to make our subs benefited us none. The ordering line through check out is very crammed and for me it was hard to see behind the food prep line counter.
Both employees had headphones on jamming extra loud, didn't greet when I came in, and never took the headphones off or even turn them down. This used to be my go to spot. Looks like I will be going elsewhere

No greeting upon walking in even though I was literally the only customer there. As I'm placing my order, the employees phone kept going off. I asked for different tomatoes because the ones she put on my sub were green. She tossed them in the trash so angrily like my request was god knows how complicated. Her phone rings as again as I am checking out. To top it off the toaster oven was down. Half the toppings were missing. The restaurant is extremely dirty compared to any other subway I've been to. Don't waste your lunch break here like I did.
Sunday at noon they only staff two people overheard saying they were told it would be a slow day - it took 24 minutes to get a sandwich. This is not the fault of the employees - rather the management not understanding weekend demand.
I liked the staff, Jason was awesome, got to know our preferences. The parking lot is really bad though. Rough parking for getting in and out.
Alicia is such an amazing worker, greeted us with a warm smile, kind words. Honestly some of the best service I have received all year hands down. It’s so nice to be treated respectfully.
One employee didn't act happy to be there, one was very polite. The place definitely needs an update and a good cleaning. Definitely was one of the oldest dirtiest Subways I've been to. A simple cleaning of the floor, windows, tables, appearance would go a long way.
They were out of ham, turkey, steak, and about a dozen other menu items. Staff walked away while I was in the middle of placing my order. I got 2 subs toasted and my meatballs were cold and the subs appeared to be toasted maybe 10 seconds, the bread was barely warm. That was my experience, make your own judgement.
We ordered a party platter on short notice. Becky was a prime example of exceptional service. She went above and beyond for us, even helping me with directions around the construction on Cottonwood. And the subs were great! Highly recommend!
