Modest bagelry with friendly customer service. They have several flavored cream cheeses which are quite tasty, and the bagels taste great. Giving 4 stars because it's a good place, but not as great as it could be.
I went here on a Sunday after a decent snowfall, so it wasnt too busy around opening time. The worker was polite and pleasant. Bagel selection was great. They were fresh, tasty, and a good size. This place had a great atmosphere for a bagel shop. Normal seating and some other cozy areas that looked pretty inviting especially this time of year. Talking about over near the fireplace for sure : I definitely look forward to going back soon.
No stars! Waited 37 minutes from the time that I ordered my 2 bagels. 1 person ahead of me and 1 behind me with no orders getting picked up. The lady in back was on a personal call for 12 minutes and had no desire to do her job. Apparently the lady in the front was unable to do anything other than run the register and hand food to people. Get it together Big Apple!!!
food is always good, I have gone regularly every Sunday to get the bagel sandwiches, tables always seem to be sticky and dirty along with crumbs all over the seats. Other than the lack of clean tables, great place to get breakfast or lunch.
Haven't been in years! It looks like it changed a bit, service was great! I got a blueberry bagel, with blueberry cream cheese. Tasted good, just didn't like the tough texture. From the top part of the bagel.
Great services, felt bad for the employees they were packed with only two people working. They still did a wonderful job had people in and out in good time.
Bagels are always fresh and good, often are short staffed... like so many places. So don't be in a super rush. They are not slow, but limited staff means a little slower processing and often less selection depending on the time of the day.
Very nice sandwich and coffee. However l was charged over 1.00 the stated price just for the sandwich. There is a sign saying that their prices went up l saw it later but l really feel the menu board should be updated.
Supposed to open at 6am, in the last month I have gotten here about 6:20am, the door is locked. Workers are inside, but I can't get in. Will find another place to get breakfast from now on.
I try really hard to find positives. So the people were nice enough. But 20min to get a single toasted bagel w cream cheese. Only to arrive at work almost late -3 minutes away to find they didn’t bother to toast said bagel. Is pretty dang frustrating.. Will definitely rethink stopping there in future
