Woeful. Staff member clearly knew the bread wasn't cooked properly and was falling apart but was advised by manager / owner to use it anyway right in front of me. I assume will close soon like both indooroopilly stores with this level of customer care. Also didn't answer phone after multiple calls to advise them so public review instead. Well done!
Store clearly has open sign on and is open according to google. Yet store is closing/doors locked and staff member refuses to even acknowledge customer in plain view of store windows. If you're closing early atleast attempt to write a sign and put it where people can see giving a reasonFood: 1/5
Just awful. The girl that served me must absolutely hate her job. I was barely acknowledged, she slammed stuff around, and just was not nice. I have anxiety and ordering can be a bit daunting sometimes, and I wanted to just run out half way through because it was like I had inconvenienced her day by coming in. Won’t be back. Just an all round terrible experience.
Made an order through the Subway App on iOS. They rang and said they don’t do some of the ordered items anymore. Could not refund. They only acknowledged they didn’t have any avocado when I asked while they were making it. They didn’t mark the different subs so we ended up mixing up subs. Substandard and unacceptable.
Under new management - Doing a great job. Carefully made sandwich, positive and welcoming environment. Will be back soon!
Wonderful service! as I walked in the girl who was serving me, I think her name was Bridget greeted me with a positive attitude and such lovely manners. She made my sandwich perfectly and was just all round nice. She definitely made my day!
Ordered an avo veggie sub and 3 cookies. Got bread with lettuce and sauce and no cookies.
The only thing worse than the customer service is their subways. The girl who served us was so rude, it was shocking! I think I heard her say her name was Bridget. Well Bridget, you have a lot to learn about being kind and polite to others, let alone customer service.
Hi can you please update your hours? Arriving at 8pm with several people in the store and being told by your server that they're shut is a little rude when your hours say 9pm on Google. Updated: especially, as we reversed out the same server was proceeding to serve 2 other people that just arrived.
Initial impression poor … filthy windows. Then borne out by rude impatient staff we were the only customers at 6pm . As rare users of Subway, nothing was labelled, no information offered, we won’t be back
