This has got to be one of the WORST Jimmy Johns locations I have ever been to. The delivery is never “freaky fast” I’m always waiting 30 minutes to an hour for my food. The main delivery driver, is a clown. First couple times he delivered to me guy wouldn’t even get out of his jeep. So or course I’m not going to tip you. And then I start getting receipts with “delivery charges are not distributed to employees as tips” circled. At that point I stopped ordering my food and just going to pick it up. This is when I started getting sandwiches not the way I ordered them. You ask them for extra oil & vinegar and you get a dry sandwich. This place is absolutely awful.
I usually don't have the restraint to wait to eat a jimmy john. I inhale it on first sight. I was hooked to their fluffy, chewy rolls from the start and have a long history with them. They were the first thing I wanted after giving birth, and they delivered to the hopital! They were my share sandwiches with my diet conscious friends back in my twenties. Now, it's my once a week or bi weekly pick up on the way home. My kids go nuts for them!! The employees at this location are all really nice and always offer smiles and stellar service. I usually pull in as they've started closing chores, and the music is blasting, which makes me feel like I am really truly off work. Love the #15 tuna w/ hot peppers. The blt slim. The roast beef. The club. A heads up: the bacon sandwich- is really "just" bacon. I ordered it recently thinking it would have other stuff in it- but I had to fill it with stuff from the fridge when I got home. Kid-friendliness: It's clean, wide open, which is great for kids. I've never eaten at the restaurant though. I usually pick up or have it delivered. My kids love the food! Parking: Parking is easy. In a lot- plenty of spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp and a full seating area.
UPDATE Not sure what's going on here but the service inside has become as bad as the service in the drive through. I'm not sure what exactly is going on here. When I walk in I'm greeted and I have my sandwich in less than 3 minutes, walking out the door, great service. When I use the drive through the service is awful, I've had 4 different people at the window and they all treat me like I'm inconvenienceing them. I have to ask if I can give them my number to get rewards and each time they get an attitude about it. Jimmy John's, why are your employees miffed about the drive through? Parking: Not much and if there's 3 people in the drivethrough the parking lot is a joke
The person who was making my sandwich just stood there talking to their coworker for a good 5 minutes before even starting and then proceeded to forget ALL OF THE MEAT. It is just bread, lettuce and mayo… disgusting.
Might be the slowest jjs I've been through. Took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich with only one car in front of me on a Sunday afternoon through the drive through . Car lot was nearly empty. Second time Ive been to this location in a row that service was slow so I needed to point it out like others. Things weren't always like this at this location. I'd jjs didn't advertise freaky fast I wouldn't say anything. UPDATE Received cut and paste response with link that store manager posts to every complaint. Lame.
This store specifically is my go-to Jimmy John’s as they typically have freaky fast delivery but 2 weeks ago I had my first poor experience. I called in to place my delivery like normal, provided my contact info, address and payment over the phone, but after an hour, I called back to find out they d or delivery address? Even after accepting my payment?? Understandably, it was probably very busy and I attributed this as a one-off. The manager was gracious to offer a complimentary cookie, chips, and/or soft drink, which I obliged to a soda. Shortly after the call, the delivery driver hastily dropped off my food but no soda. When I inquired, he stated that it wasn’t on the order so he didn’t bring it. He did offer to go back to the restaurant but with the lack of communication, I didn’t want to risk being charged, especially after waiting 1.5 hours for my order. Now today, 9/26 2:20pm, I was informed that they no longer deliver to my location after I provided my personal info and confirmed my name, number, and address. I am at a loss and severely disappointed by their inconsistent service as of late.
I have to compliment these guys at this location! My daughter and I went through the drive through to try the chicken wraps which were delicious. And then we parked and went inside to use the bathroom... Cleanest bathroom I've ever seen at a restaurant! And the restaurant itself was sparkling clean!!! The employees were very friendly and polite!!! They really care about their customers and that is extremely rare nowadays!!! The manager at this location should give them all a raise!!! I will definitely be going back for more wraps before they are gone!!! Thank you so much guy's, and keep up the good work!!!
I placed a 21$ order and planned to pay half in bills and half in silver change, at the window they said they would count it but id have to come inside. I went inside only for them to aggressively tell me that i needed another form of payment, then when i said i didnt have one they angrily counted my money while dropping coins and really struggling to count, quarters, dimes, and nickels granted it was $10.40 in all silver coins, $4.25 in quarters. The “manager” came over to recount the money and again was dropping coins only to tell me that that it was ~$8 to which i replied ok that sounds wrong im just going to take my money back. She gave me the money back and i left only to count out $10.15 in change. It may only be a quarter but its the principle, when i went in the “manager” laughed and said im not going to argue with you over a quarter. It doesnt matter to anyone here but ill never go to any jimmy johns in this area ever again, im pretty sure theyre all owned by the same person an theyre not nice people. No respect for paying customers or even employees. And the biggest kicker to me is theyre unwilling to give any contact information for the owners so i can inform them of my experience there and how their employees are acting. No email, no complaint line, nothing. They get to act however they want and treat customers however badly they want with no repercussions, so as much as i enjoy the food im not willing to put myself in the position to be taken advantage of and laughed at in a store im paying money at. If you want to go in and get a measly sandwich with barely any meat or cheese on it made by mean unprofessional teens with bosses who don’t care about you or your money, and get laughed at in the process, go here.
Bread was over cooked and burnt a little. Usually it's so yummy. Will eat here a again but bread should not be served this way especially at the price I paid.Food: 2/5
