Went to the store for the first time in an awhile. I had stopped going when I felt the employees had were less than enthusiastic about being there. Last night was a pleasant surprise. Everything back to top notch. Great Job to whoever turned it back around!
I ordered 4 sandwiches online. One was correct, 3 were not. My husband went back to Subway with the 3 sandwiches after I verified the online order form was correct. They fixed one, incorrectly changed one, and didn’t fix the 3rd sandwich BLT with no lettuce or tomato- after second trip to Subway only 2 of the 4 sandwiches were correct. Very disappointed.
I love subway, I understand having a bad day, usually I'm greeted with nothing but kindness and great service. However, today was shocking to say the least. My daughter and I walked in, had to wait just a minute for the young lady to come out front I'd say she was busy working on something else, which I understood...but when she came out front she came with the rudest attitude I've ever received. She was short with words, you could here the anger in her voice and definitely see it in the scowl on her face. Forward ahead to adding veggies, the rudeness was getting worse so I spoke up and we had a few words that ended in her telling me "THERE IS NO ATTITUDE FROM ME" ...well ma'am even my daughter felt your rudeness and it made her uncomfortable. So ultimately I told her to keep the sandwichs and ended up walking out. I will take my business elsewhere and support a company that doesn't talk to thier customers in such a way and appreciates the concept that thier customers are why they have a business in the first place.
The two guys working did a great job both dealing with customers and making the food.Food: 5/5
My experience with delivery wasn't good. My experience in-store; great. Parking is tight and peak hours are wild. Clean store.Food: 4/5
When I went to pick up my online order friendly staff explained how long it would be and engaged in light conversation while they completed my order. Always a nice touch
There were 2 guys and a younger girl working when I went in , I figured it was gonna be a long wait but the crew did an awesome job on all 4 sandwiches and they made them in a timely fashion . Very good service and sandwiches. Keep up the good work guys
Went in to Subway for dinner today and only 2 employees working. These 2 employees were fast and efficient....subs were delicious. It was a guy with some facial hair and a girl in pigtails. Not sure of their names, but I hope their manager/district manager recognizes their hardwork and positive attitude. Love this Subway and will be back.
My husband and I went in to order 6 different sandwiches for my daughter and her friends. The young ladies working that night were so efficient and so sweet. They worked around each other while helping other customers very well. Not sure if management sees these reviews...but it was the evening of November 6 so whoever was working that night deserves some praise for their excellent customer service!
Customer service is little to none. New manager doesn't seem to understand what good service is. Made sandwichs completely different then ordered. My wrap was dripping in sauce.
