Food was great however the waitress we had was awful. I was sitting down for dinner with my family and one of my coworkers was there eating. When he got done with his dinner he came over and was talking with us for a minute at our booth. He was holding my one year old daughter and she reached out and grabbed a .25 cent decoration off the wall. The waitress then shouted loud enough for all of the surrounding tables to hear “don’t touch the decorations”. My coworker said “I’m not going to take it, I’ll put it back up” and she shouted again “just don’t touch them”. Not wanting to cause a scene in front of our oldest daughter we just paid and left. My wife called back to talk to a lead about it. And the waitress is who answered the phone. She said that she asked nicely and my wife said no you did not to which the girl replied “do you want to argue about it” when my wife said “sure let’s argue” the girl hung up on her. It’s really too bad because we did like the food, but because of the waitress, we will never be back. And it wasn’t just her. When my wife called back again and talked to another employee they didn’t have any interest in getting us in contact with a manager. I don’t assume management takes customer service very serious if this is how the employees act.
Sad to say.. I love there food.. but they lost the person that actually used to care about there customers.. went from a great corner place to ppl that don't give a .... about there long time customers..
The menu online seems to be broken and I wish they had online ordering. Other than that, great food. Prices are decent for chicken : During peak times takeout can be upwards to 45 mins. L O T S of parking!Food: 5/5

Had the flyer pizza, pepperoni. It was so good. Thin crust. Usually I don't care for thin crust but excellent. On top of that the prices are the best around. Meal and drinks for two under 20$
We're very picky about our pies, Pat's did not disappoint the pizza was absolutely delicious so driving 40 minutes to get it was a win-win definitely will order again
This place is amazing! We are visiting from Maryland and were looking for good food. Honestly, we saw the online menu pictures of Pats Pizza and it looked so good we decided to order from them. 100% amazing pizza! Its probably some of the best pizza that I have had in years. The customer service wad super good also! Ordering was easy, the girl on the phone was really friendly. We were very impressed with this place all around! We have ordered from here 3 times ready and we are only visiting for 5 days!
Always a wonderful experience. Pizza is delicious, the crust and dough is perfect. The dinners could be a touch bigger. Feels a bit skimpy, but they are just as good. The "Pat's Soda" is delicious. Always enjoy having them after a paycheck and love meeting up with friends there. Update: Now they consistently cant deliver and if they do have stringent hours. Its unfortunate to see it decline so much. Further Update: I am told multiple times they cannot to takeout when its their main staple after losing delivery. This place is going under and its sad.
Good food at good prices. Take out was as busy as inside dining.
We were there on a Saturday night knowing that it was going to be busy. I felt it was extremely slow service. With the lack of help most places are in that same unsteady boat, but this still seemed longer to wait for food than expected. The loaded pizza I ordered was good and I would order again.
