The order was not right. When we arrived home the 2 subs we ordered with extra mayo, they had no mayo. We drove back to the Subway. My Grandaughter and Grandson went in the restaurant with the $58. receipt and the girl said we didn't order extra mayo even though the receipt had extra mayo on it. Then they gave them 2 packets per each 12 in. sub. which I assume is not considered extra mayo.
Love the drive true. I have little kids. It's just so much easier to go through the drive true.Food: 5/5
I was already upset from it taking 15 mins in the drive thru then i got charged wrong for a sandwich so I asked about it and she got upset when she actually looked at receipt and told me I wasn't even charged for a kids meal so my bill would've been higher. They didn't have the side for kids meal so gave me a cookie worth half the price of the applesauce. Not to mention I get home and the 2 pizzas I ordered had 1 large pepperoni per pizza and no cheese and they didn't cut them either. Maybe train employees better or stop being rude when you mess up an order and someone asks you to correct it.
This Subway was the best Subway I have ever visited. It was the cleanest I've ever visited. The ladys working there built the sandwiches with care making sure the ingredients were spread out equally. They used a clean knife on each sandwich when they cut them in half. I've never seen that at any Subway before. They clearly took pride in their work. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
The staff is amazing, my sandwich is amazing, the restaurant was very clean.
Worst experience I've ever had at a subway. The girl that start our order Crystal was extremely rude and walked away from us mid order after we told her three time we wanted it toasted, and provided to make it not toasted and it was all our fault. Stay away from this one two other locations in town that are a 120% better service.
Very slow to be able.to order even after driving up to speaker. No digital order to look at on screen near ordering speaker. When got to the window to pay felt cost was higher than it should have been and no receipt in bag to look at. Will be a long time before we go back if ever. Also, food quality did not seem up to par compared to the past.
The women named Ronda at this subway was completely rude and had NO customer service experience obviously. And should not be a manager. She should be FIRED. I will never take my service there again. HER and one other manager are like this everytime! DISGUSTING!
Great pizza. I've had some confusing times with using the phone app to order anything. The first 5 times, the app wouldn't work at all. I did get it to work and had a few 5 star experiences using the app at this location. For some reason the app didn't submit my order this time. They had to rush to get my pizza done fast. The food was still perfect. My only complaint is how the app functions
Easy lunch for the boat.. people were friendly and fast. Kept the line moving. Didn't use it but the drive thru for subway was neat.
