The food is good…when it’s actually open. Why they can’t put a sign up is beyond me. I also don’t understand why they close two hours early — during dinner time — rather than closing in the mid-afternoon when business is the slowest.
10:47am on a Friday, door locked with employees inside. At least post a sign letting all these customers know what today’s hours will be because apparently the hours listed on the door is useless.
They need to shut the place down if they can't get nobody to work there. Or they need to pay more money. Why have a place in our town where we can't even eat between them and Mount Pleasant Whataburger I'm very disappointed.
Not as good as usual today. And this was asked of me today, so i based my opinion on today only. I understand theyre short handed, but mr General manager, u sir are terrible on the line. I physically watched your employees faces change when u jumped in to help. You were messing up the order that customer food was in and just going to fast for anybody to get toppings on thier pizza or subs. Please push the pencil and dont make the sandwiches, leave that to the artists. Worst pizza ive ever had from subway. Very disappointed..
Place a order online went and picked it up I got a roast beef 6 inch and my got a teriyaki chicken 6 inch and they both was bad the bread was hard and it looked like they just threw it together put both of them in the trash itwas the worst never giving my money to this company again will drive further away to jersey mikes to get a better sandwich in the future

Just drove two and a half hours back from Florence South carolina. Then one stop until I was close at home. Went at 9:30 p.m. sign clearly says they're open till 10:00 lady yells at me that they're closed cuz they were slow. It's crazy cuz I go to this location three or four times a week. Won't be doing that again
The Subway in Mount Pleasant, NC, in my opinion, has the absolute freshest ingredients, excellent customer service and friendly employees! We drive a little farther when the craving hits for all of those reasons Keep doing what you're doing guys!! A++ Features: During covid, Subway installed plexiglass barriers at the counter and register areas. I think it's great! We appreciate the fact that they care about their customers and their employees.
They said they closed at 7. We arrived at 6:30 and they had already cleaned up and had the doors locked.
