In the last several weeks I have been to the store several times. First time I stopped inside, when I got to the counter they advised they were out of bread. Then about a week later I stopped again, went inside and ordered, they were out of meatballs. Seems they need to plan better. Unfortunately not sure I will got back to this store.
Went in for the BOGO special, ordered online & their were no problems. The Sandwich artist was more than accommodating when we of asked for Xtra condiments on the side in a container.Food: 4/5
All the stores windows are mirrored. 9:15 in the morning, can’t see any movement inside. Approach the drive-through, it’s a touchscreen? Nobody speaks to me order go through the touchscreen can’t find breakfast sandwiches. End up ordering us sub, but not the one I wanted. Still nobody will speak to me. Drive to the drive up window, it is also mirrored, and can’t see if there’s even anyone working in the place. Set at the drive-through window for three minutes before it moved and someone finally open the window just to get my credit card and hand me the sub. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Horrible system for a drive-through. Can’t reach the drive-through screen from my pick up window. I will never be back.

I come here just about every week because I want subway and every single time I use the drink dispenser it's always out of the selections I want and many others, they also never have cookies and when they do they're very old the kids who work here just don't seem to care about their jobs enough to keep things stocked.
Only open for drive through orders, no way to know how much toppings they are putting on the sandwich when ordering this way.
Went to this location the evening of 11/5. Three young men with long hair were working. They were not wearing hair nets or hats and kept brushing their hair out of their eyes with their gloves. Only one person was working the front line for inside which had about 5 people. The other two were wearing gloves and passed through to the back line to the drive through line. We waited 20 min watching poor hygiene habits. The service was very slow. Eventually the young man rang up a customer, handled CASH with his gloves still on, and preceeded to walk directly back to the next customers sandwich digging his dirty gloves into all the veggie bins. That is where I drew the line and we left hungry. Super disappointed in the practices displayed by these young men. It is not a lot of extra work to change out gloves or wash your hands. I would have happily waited even longer to see good hygiene.
Decided to leave after waiting 8 minutes and won't go again to this location. Watched as the long haired young men without hats or masks flipped their hair back and forth out of their eyes so they could see what they were doing even using their hands at times. Then watched as one of the young men kept his gloves on to tender a sale and accept cash from a customer then went right back to putting toppings on the next guest sandwich's without washing hands or changing gloves. No clean practices for making peoples food observed.
