one of the managers just stopped by cricket to give out free samples and he is literally the nicest and funniest person. a pleasure to talk to and amazing customer service. 10/10. will definitely start going to jimmy johns more often :
Gluten free Lettuce wrap.Very clean and friendly.
Sandwiches. Fast. What's not to like? Friendly and competent group of kids working there.
I don't know how they managed to mess up this badly, but this JJ location is a step behind the rest. How is this even a wrap? was there some sort of lettuce shortage? Supplyline attacked by rabbits?
I was just at the Monticello location and have to say the service was great! Everyone was friendly and I had my sandwich in no time. I do not eat out much but I continue to come back to this specific location beacuse of the amazing service.
As we pulled up, we saw the worker making sure that our drinks were completely full and had a very good attitude and made our night with his jokes.
The food was fast and fresh. Only problem was multiple workers didn't have masks on and were talking over my food.
