Ordered via the app for delivery. Was supposed to be delivered by 5:31pm. The app showed delivered before that. Got a text from door dash saying it was on its way. Finally arrived after 6pm. The driver said he left as soon as he got it which was only about 7 min before I arrived at my house. The entire time the store was completely unreachable. Called about 5-6 times. No one answered. Even at your busiest times you should be answering the phone. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering for here again. Attached the photos of my two pathetic sandwiches. Missing ingredients or completely lacking in ingredients. Sauce was either no where to be found or only in one spot. Oh and my drink and chips weren’t included even though it was on my order. I also attached a copy of receipt in case there are any trolls out there. Absolutely pathetic. Stay away from this store.
I stopped by here for lunch. The place is meh. I tried a new series item, but the machine was broken so couldn't have it toasted. Having the sandwich toasted is make-or-break. It didn't taste quite right and won't be back.
Went here for the second time since we’ve moved here. They’re always out of something. I ordered a protein bowl, the bowl isn’t even half full, $11.99. My husband ordered a protein bowl with an extra scoop of meat and both together, $29.84. No chips, no drinks,almost $30.00 for two bowls, half full. Never again, Subway.
Three subs and chips. Priced accordingly to inflation. Processed meat, Tuna is good, vegetables are fresh. Great selection of choice. Gluten Free option, bread free options, vegetarian options. Pop, water and tea
My online order wasn't ready until 20-25 mins after it was supposed to be. The veggies were frozen, not fresh. The cucumbers were slimy. Didn't have some of the ingredients available. Overall, a really bad experience this past time. Seems like the ownership must have changed.
Bad service. Manager decided with bread I want I ask for 9 grain, she said one per customer. Or chicken bacon ranch. They try give me chicken roster I been order this sandwich all the time I know with chicken goes in this sandwich. She charged me extra for the chicken.
These are some of the best Subways we've ever had. We've ordered from here about 10 times or more we moved into NBend a few months ago and we've never been disappointed.
Was driving through on a road trip and needed some food to go. Tish was understanding and kind as we ordered our food! She gave us wonderful suggestions along with helping us with our local surroundings and giving tips for our long drive. It was clean, and she was so kind and hard working. Highly recommend!
I love coming to this particular subway though I rarely get the chance due to odd work hours. Every time I come here the employees have a good sense of humor, and the food is always super tasty. Tish in particular made my day with her friendly and jovial attitude.
Very worst experience. We went with two teenagers and there were another set family of 4 or 5 entered. The manager said you can do takeout but not dine in. We said okay and waiting in line. They completely ignored us and we all happen to be Asians. Then comes in an american gentleman and the lady straight away takes his order and fulfills. When asked she was very rude and stated that I need other things to take care and need to close the store and you are a big group. We weren't part of the other bug group and we were going g to get only 2 sandwiches. First she was just standing and not taking our order at all and on top acted like she didn't care about our order. Too rude. In our 25 years of living in this country first time faced such a rude behavior. They should hv closed and not let anyone in if they had other things to do. I hope some subway folks talk to this franchise owner in this location.
