Bought a used 2006 Pontiac Vibe. Dealing with Ian and the staff was top notch. Car was properly serviced with any work needed done. Price was good and they stood behind the purchase with a 3 month warranty. When we picked up the car, it looked like a brand new vehicle. Detail staff did an awesome job. I recently purchased a used 2013 Subaru BRZ from Ray and Al at Penticton Subaru, and I could not be happier with the experience!  I got a great car for an amazing price, and their help throughout the process was great!  I came from out of town to purchase the car and they were extremely helpful throughout every step of the process.  Thanks so much!

When I had a problem with my Impreza Subaru stepped up and the service was outstanding.  My battery/alternator died. I phoned up Subaru, it was a Friday afternoon before the summer long weekend, they  told me to bring it in (BCAA towed it there) and they would look at it. It couldn't be fixed that day so they gave me a wonderful curtesy car for the long weekend. The front desk staff and the mechanic were great, very helpful, informative and reassuring.
