Penticton Hyundai

Well after a lengthy search in the lower mainland we found our dream truck at Penticton Hyundai. We were in contact with John who put our minds at ease with photo's and a Video walk around of the truck, This made our choice much easier to take the drive to Penticton. When we arrived the truck was ready to go for our test drive. "We Had found our Truck" The Purchase transaction with John & Ian (Sales Manager) was the best car buying experience we have ever gone through. Our sales consultnat Michael prepared the car for viewing and was waiting at the door for us, was friendly during the showing, gave helpful information without being pushy. Great buying experience. Plus the deal on the car was great value! And he also found a phone charger for me when my phone died!

Micheal went above and beyond showing me all of my options, and he made sure that I ended up with the car that I was most comfortable with. There was no hassle, pressure, or slick sale gimmicks. I felt peace of mind driving off the lot, and I will most definitely be back. I highly recommend this dealership to my friends, family, and any other potential buyers. They are outstanding!

Keith makes bringing the car in for service an easy thing. All work done is discussed first and completed with quality. Hard thing to find nowadays and worth the drive from Kelowna to have my car serviced right. With the recent recall involving the Theta engine, Keith went to bat for me and after a long battle came out with a favorable outcome for me.

I was very impressed with the efficient service and professionalism shown by Michael Hindson, sales rep, and Julian Smallbone, sales manager!! Julian carefully explained details and patiently answered my questions regarding my financial options as I was planning to trade in my 2014 Santa Fe and purchase a 2018 Santa Fe. I test drove the vehicle with Michael, who took the time to introduce the features of the 2018 Santa Fe and to guide me through the purchasing process. I felt very confident and comfortable dealing with the team at Penticton Hyundai, and I totally love my new vehicle!!
