The absolute best tailor I or my husband has ever been to. Penny is so warm and inviting. She also tells you like it is when your clothes don't fit, and tailors them perfectly. Prices are very reasonable for such high quality service.

I've brought clothes here for alterations for a long time. The staff and particularly Penny are very warm & friendly, the service is prompt & very reasonably priced and the quality of work is absolutely excellent. Worth every penny. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else in the neighbourhood.

This is a great place to get anything tailored. Penny is wonderful and she/her staff very talented and deliver excellent quality of work. I've had all sorts of things fixed up here - coats, suits, trousers, and not just simple tailoring, even more fundamental rebuilds. Be prepared for an overdose of British-themed decor...

The staff made me feel at home the moment I walked in the door, and Penny herself was an absolute treat. I'd had a bit of an oddball job that needed doing; I'll admit, parts of it I was not convinced could be done, given the garment's design. When I mentioned it, however, Penny smiled, and said, "you just leave that to me." She accepted the work without a second thought, despite the fact that it wasn't your usual suit jacket or dress. When I picked it up, it was as good as gold and better. Perfect fit, and precisely what I wanted. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who needs quality work done.

I had my father's seersucker suit tailored to fit me for my sister's wedding. He's no longer with us, so it's a special garment to say the least! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. The suit went from being baggy to fitting me like a glove. The ladies in the shop are extremely pleasant and knowledgable. They turned the job around quickly and got it done perfectly so I didn't need to return multiple times. Brilliant! Brill! Thanks again!

Great service in general, but prices seem a bit absurd... I went in for a hem & taper, expecting around $30 give or take. The lady at cash didn't give me price up front and I forgot to ask, but it's a pretty standard job I thought, so it'll probably end up fine. Lo and behold, I get them back for $48! Needless to say, not your place if you just need simple alterations.
