I have had 8 classes at Studio Espace. It has been excellent. It is a great space - bright and welcoming. - and the instruction has been thoughtful and encouraging. They offer tailor made programmes suitable for all levels -- I had knee surgery earlier this year and I feel the exercised have made a difference. I had tried Pilates a few years ago but did not find it engaging, this however has been completely different and I am already planning to sign up for another package!
Awesome place to do Pilates! My instuctor , she was super chill but orthodox and very nice. You can definitely get nice tranquillity and vigor at the same time for your mind and body. I took the "Gentle" class. It was for people whose body condition is a bit compromised. Even with that class my entire metabolic system was boosted up and my circulation got much better. I felt very much aligned and relaxed after all. I would recommend it to especially travelers!
Beautiful studio space with excellent instructors and small class sizes. It is a perfect place to learn the Pilates method!
