After the way I was treated today by the owner, after not getting what I asked for and been charged for what I didn't consent too, I will never put money in the her pocket again. Thumbs down big time. I felt like she was having a bad day and took her feelings out on me. Wouldn’t even let me explain what happened just sighed and told me it was my fault.

I'm new to Powell River and I relied fully upon the reviews on Google for a place to get my hair cut. For a woman, your hair is super important. I did my research and found this awesome hair studio. I had long hair that was thinning and wanted to chop it. I showed one picture to the stylist and she did exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier. The prices are affordable, even for those of us that can't afford to splurge on a fancy haircut. I will be back and will make this my go to place, especially because I now have very short hair and need to keep it up. Super friendly staff, short time for an appointment...absolute 5 stars!

Recently came in to get my hair colored and trimmed for Grad and the service is absolutely wonderful! I love my hair and the people that work here, high quality service and result for a good price, 10/10 recommended.

Came in for a last minutes emergency Christmas hair cut. Staff was super friendly. Niki did a fabulous job on my hair, exactly as I asked for and I'm pretty particular about my hair. If I wasn't from out of town, I'd make her my regular stylist. Thanks Niki. Only down side was no seating area while waiting.

Emma was great, and she gave me the exact cut I was looking for. She was personable, friendly and it was a great experience. I will definitely return.

After years, I finally got a REALLY good cut. I was a walk-in, asked for layers, and got an excellent cut from Dee. Highly recommend!!!! She also knew the texture gel I was looking for!

the absolute piss pour, WORST hair cut I've ever gotten in my entire life. and it wasn't cheap either. Never have I felt so disgusting and devastated by a hair cut, especially right before picture day

Didn't get what I wanted even though I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She was very nice but not the style I showed her.

Is very slow to reply to emails
