Horrible service, every other machine is out of service. The one attendant that does work there hardly speaks any English. He also has a cat which has cat hair everywhere and since my son is allergic I can't bring him here to help me wash. Each time there is an issue with a machine he always states over and over there is nothing he can do. He claims he doesn't know who the manager is, or how to reach him. But the says you have to fill out a slip for and when the manager comes in to empty the machines he will decide the . However when he handed me a slip there were several other slips that from previous customers who also had issues with the machine. I had the google the address to find a contact number for someone who might be in charge. Very poor experience for the third time.

Well First Off The Place Is Sketchy An Not Warm An Welcoming, Second If You Have Clothing Of Value Keep A Good Eye On Your Machine The Bums/DRUG ADDICTS Will Steal Them Like They Did Mine There Is Not Many Machines That Work Anyhow, Third The Managment Sucks The Caretaker Or Whoever Dude Is In The Back Closet Coming Out like Harry Potter An That Nasty Black Cat Walking Around Is Not Going To Leave Your Clothes Feeling Clean This Is My Personal Opinion. If You Google The Owner Hes Just As Reliable As Dude Coming Out The Closet Dont Wash Here Chances Of Something Happening Are Very High!!!! #HIGHRISK

This laundry has the worst service. The attendant dosent speak English and has a cat at the place. I don't want hair on my clothes. The machines are always not working and when you have a issue with a machine for your money back he gives you a slip and says they will call you. He says he dosent have managers number. But I found on Google and called number??? Last time I go there ever!!!!
