Great location with amazing prices. 4 stars mainly because I think there isn’t enough staff on the floor; sometimes it’s very hard to find help.
Nice furniture store in the West end of Ottawa. Good displays and large showroom - in certain areas however it was a bit messy or cluttered. The staff is helpful, however it was not too easy to find one to ask a question...lol Overall we are considering buying couches from Structube, so I may update this after the purchase.
This company has the worst customer service. I would not recommend buying furniture here when there are other options available. Delivery service was poor, poor quality items and their customer service is terrible.
